Group 1: Falls Church City Government - A Memorandum of Understanding between the City & Schools sets forth the arrangement between these (2) groups
Group 2: School Sponsored, School Affiliated & Youth Organizations serving residents of Falls Church City (such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts & 4H)
Rental Charges are waived for Group 2 Users when the organization is not charging fees for participation in such activities
Personnel Charges will be assessed to Group 2 Users only when the use of the facilities requires personnel to be present whose regular job assignments do not include supporting the scheduled event/activity.
Group 3: In City Non-Profits & Individual City Residents
Personnel Charges will be assessed to Group 3 Users only when the use of the facilities requires personnel to be present whose regular job assignments do not include supporting the scheduled event/activity.
Group 4: Out of City Non-Profits & In-City For Profit Groups
Group 5: Out of City Residents & Out of City For Profit Groups
Other: Categorization of Organizations/ Individuals which does not fall clearly under one of the defined groups listed above shall be left to the determination of the Superintendent or designee
