FCCPS and City of Falls Church Seek Proposals for
Comprehensive Facilities Assessment
Falls Church City Public Schools and the City of Falls Church are seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of all FCCPS school buildings and City of Falls Church general government facilities. The assessment will evaluate the current condition of each building, identify maintenance and repair needs, estimate costs, and support long-term capital improvement planning. Proposals are due May 28, 2026.
Community Use of Facilities
The Community's ability to use our school facilities is a core belief within FCCPS. We are a taxpayer-funded organization and will always strive to ensure our buildings are open to all Community Members
