REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Rate - $25.00 per chapter

• This fee will be charged per chapter and will include access to all pre-recorded and live video training and resources. This fee will be tied to the chapter adviser registration. One chapter adviser is required to be registered for the conference prior to registering students. Chapters should only submit ONE chapter adviser registration.

STAR Events Fee - $10.00 per participant

• This STAR Events fee is for any member registered to participate in a virtual STAR Event. Only students who are competing will be registered individually.

Affiliation is required to register for the virtual Spring Leadership Conference.

REGISTRATION INVOICE PAYMENT INFORMATION

An invoice will automatically be created when registration is submitted in the registration system. Invoice(s) can be viewed and/or paid in the registration system. If you do not see an invoice created for your attendee(s), please confirm that you have submitted the registration for this event.

Invoice payments must be made by March 31, 2023. A $25.00 late payment fee will be applied to invoices with an outstanding balance after this date.

Payment Options

• Check Payment - A check payment can be made to the address listed on the registration invoice.

• Credit Card - A credit card payment can be paid on the registration invoice in the registration system.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in the registration system by March 10, 2023, to avoid a $10.00 administration fee. Telephone, email, and fax cancellations will not be accepted.

• Cancellations received by March 10, 2023, will be refunded the registration and STAR Event Competitor fee.

• Cancellations received after March 10, 2023, and until March 15, 2023, will be refunded the registration rate only, less a $10.00 administrative fee.

• Requests for refunds will not be honored for cancellations received after March 15, 2023.

• Refunds for "no-shows" will not be honored, and the registrant and/or chapter will be responsible for all registration fees. For the virtual conference, a "no-show" may signify a chapter that did not utilize resources or a participant who did not submit STAR Event materials by the deadline.
