If you are going to try out for a sport this year, please get cleared by creating an account at https://athleticclearance.com/login.ph and turning in the confirmation page to the front office. 

Please make sure you are choosing the Fort Bragg Middle School tab  

Sports Participation Checklist

- Create account at athleticclearance.com and complete all steps.

- Current physical uploaded or turned in to the front office.

- Confirmation page from athleticcleance.com signed by a parent and the student then turned in to the front office.  

- 2.0 GPA 

- No more than one F in a class.
