What is Site Council:
School Site Council is a parent, teacher, administration organization dedicated to site improvement. The Site Council determines the priority of program needs and decides what kinds of programs to have and fund.
What Site Council Cannot Do:
Decide HOW a program will be implemented
Decide how the school will “phase in” priorities to achieve the most effective use of resources and personnel
Assignment of specific personnel and the selection of specific materials
Who are the Site Council Members:
Parent Reps: Andy Kendl, Juanita Yanez
Staff Reps: John Schubert, Amanda Gray, Lura Vieira, Danae Waugh
When does Site Council Meet:
Site Council meets four times a year from 3:30 to 4:30 PM in the Middle School Library. Guests are always welcome!
