Instructions:

Log in to Praxi Parent Portal
Click the three lines menu in upper left next to House icon
Scroll down to Student Contacts & Settings
Click Password Reset 

This page contains a button that will send you a password reset email.  You must follow through with the steps in the email for the password to be completely reset.

**If you have forgotten your password to get access to this feature, please email Nancy_Hill@fbcafalcons.org or text 217-556-4484 to have a reset email sent to you.

This page has information on what it means to clear your cache and how to do it on multiple browser types:  Chrome, Firefox and Edge. 

From time to time it is necessary to clear your browser cache. What is the cache? Your browser stores some images and site files in memory to deliver a faster experience. Sometimes after an update, it is necessary to clear your browser memory in order to load the new info.

PraxiSchool/FBCA cannot automatically clear your browser cache. Browser security does not allow us to make changes to your local security.

If clearing your cache is required and you do not do it, it WILL NOT damage any of your data, however, it may cause you to get an error message and or some new features may not be available to you.
