INTAKE PROCESS
Step 1. Check us out: Check our Facebook, website and call the School to get the scoop.
Step 2. Schedule a family interview, tour, and optional shadow day (shadow for Jr/Sr High while school is in session). Each incoming student is tested for grade placement (especially for math courses). Acceptance to FBCA is notified after family interview (all students start with a trial basis).
Step 3. Complete Registration Form for each child and pay Book & Registration Fees.
Grades K-12: $200.00 Book Fee / $50 Early Registration Fee (thru June 30th)
$75 Registration Fee (July 1st-31th)
$100 Late Registration Fee (After August 1st)
PreK: $150.00 Book & Registration Fee
The non-refundable Book & Registration Fee covers initial processing expenses.
An online application may be submitted by using this New Student Portal accessing the PraxiSchool program our school utilizes.
Current students can be re-enrolled by using the Praxi Parent Portal, clicking the menu (three lines in upper left) and going to Online Forms.
Step 4. Complete and return necessary forms to the school office. You will find all forms needed to enroll and for required exams on this site (see above menu).

Save the form you need to your device by clicking on it.
Some browsers may show a box in the upper right corner of the form to click on.
From the page that pops up, pick "Download" (arrow down icon in upper right corner of screen).
(You may also print directly from those icons.)
Choose where to save the form on your computer like in your Downloads or another folder.
Go to where you just saved the form and right click on it.
From the menu that pops up, pick "Open with" and then "Adobe Acrobat Reader."
