Winburn Middle School
Gifted and Talented Accelerated Program
Hogwarts Team
Our mission is to maximize the potential of gifted and talented learners by providing experiences, services, and curriculum which match their unique characteristics and needs. Our holistic approach ensures that each student is healthy, engaged, supported, nurtured, and challenged.
Meeting the Needs of Gifted Children
We focus on meeting the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of gifted students. We support the needs of our students through developing a close-knit community of learners, a curriculum that is responsive to student needs, and we offer a variety of extra curricular activities to help meet the needs of our students.
The GTAP offers the highest level of acceleration offered for grades 6-8 in Fayette County Public School.
