Coping with Covid-19

We can all prepare for many things, like a vacation, a sleepover at a friend's home, or holiday gatherings with family and friends.  

But Covid-19 took everyone by surprise as a pandemic is not a common occurrence.  It is hard to change your routines and a regular event such as school, playing sports or spending time with family and friends.  If you are having a hard time coping with the changes brought from Covid-19, please take a look at the resources listed below.

It is OK to be afraid during this pandemic, especially if you have been exposed or know someone who has.  This worksheet talks about how to manage the fear of Covid-19.
