Commodore Families,
Our school year has gotten off to an amazing start and I wanted to say thank you to our families for all of your support. At TCMS we stress the values of taking responsibility, demonstrating integrity, showing respect, and giving purposeful effort. It has been great to have our families help support our values as we develop the leaders of tomorrow.
As most of you know, we utilize the Employability Operating System (eOS) and have set the goal for all students to obtain an employability score of 88%. Click here for additional information. Our first Anchor Day will be on Friday, September 8th. Be sure to ask your students where they stand. You can check out your student's employability score HERE
Instructionally, our students have all taken their EOC, which is a yearly pre-assessment, and are actively taking their MAP test.
Most importantly, our staff continues to build a culture of belonging through authentic relationships with students.

What is IB MYP?
The IB continuum of international education, for students aged 3 to 19, is unique because of its academic and personal rigor, challenging students to excel in their studies and personal growth. The IB aims to inspire a quest for learning throughout life that is marked by enthusiasm and empathy. T
The IB aspires to help schools develop well-rounded students, who respond to challenges with optimism and an open mind, are confident in their own identities, make ethical decisions, join with others in celebrating our common humanity, and are prepared to apply what they learn in real-world, complex and unpredictable situations.
