Lessons Learned

In addition to learning how powerful a tool Design Thinking is, especially because of the focus on the user, we learned to trust the process. Dr. Nash provided us with a variety of resources and during one of our brainstorming sessions, we were going to actually go through it in isolation, even though the exercise called for us to do it as a group. When we did start brainstorming together, it was an "aha" moment for us and where we came up with our idea for our prototype by building on each other's ideas. All of us plan to share Design Thinking with our colleagues and apply it our work.
