It is best for transcripts to be ordered through Parchment.com.  These are official, will be sent electronically, are the fasted method and are considered your Official Proof of Graduation.  

This is available for current students, alumni, colleges, educational programs and third parties for employment purposes or graduation confirmation.

Alumni paper transcript copies can be picked up at Dunbar for $5 each.  Please call 859-381-3554 to arrange pick up.  Electronic, official Parchment orders are approximately $8 with Parchment's transaction fee.

DUAL CREDIT TRANSCRIPTS

You will need to have your final Dual Credit Transcripts sent from the affiliated school to your post grauate school. Please use the information below to request those through the appropriate school.   

Dual Credit (English, Math, Communication)  Campbellsville University 

Dual Credit (Physics, Astronomy or German before 2022)   Western Ky University 

Dual Credit History   Midway University 

Dual Credit Media Arts, Film, Humanities, German 2023-2024   Bluegrass Community & Technical College 

Dual Credit German (2022-2023 school year)    Eastern Kentucky University

EDUCATION & GRADUATION VERIFICATION

For Third Party Education or Graduation Verification requests, please fax a written request to 859-381-4866.

You may also submit a request through Parchment.

Please allow at least 5 full business days to process your request. 

Please note, we are a public school and our Guidance Office is closed during the Summer for 6 weeks starting in Mid-June.
