Who is eligible to rent a school instrument?
Students renting a school owned instrument include those with large instruments that are very difficult to purchase individually as well as students who are in financial need and can not purchase or rent their own. Please remember that while using a school instrument you are responsible for repairs or damage.
Renting or Purchasing your own instrument (Recommended)
When you are shopping to rent or purchase an instrument We recommend that you use a reputable instrument music store such as Hurst Music, Don Wilson Music, or Willis Music (See Below). These stores specialize in music instruments and can get you a quality instrument.
PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN SHOPPING FOR BAND INSTRUMENTS ONLINE.
If you are considering purchasing an instrument online please contact Mr. Weitkamp or Mr. Angel so we can make sure you are getting a good instrument that your child can be successful playing. There have been many instances where instruments that were purchased online were extremely poor quality and did not play in the correct key.
