Mr. Wrightson was born and raised in Lexington and a graduate of Lafayette High School and the University of Kentucky. Since receiving his degree in music education, he has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in Fayette County. In addition to his role as a Gifted and Talented Resource Teacher and VPA Specialist he teaches choir, music technology, and voice at Lafayette HS. Mr. Wrightson loves running, making art, working in his garden, and going anywhere with his wife and one-year-old son.
