2022 - 2023 Calendar - Leestown Orchestra

• Oct. 25th - Fall Concert – Tuesday at 6:30 PM, at the LMS Gym.

• Optional: Saturday, Nov. 19th - KMEA Solo and Ensemble Festival, Bryan Station High School.

• Dec. 15th - Winter Concert – Thursday at 6:30 PM, at the LMS Gym.

• Feb. 2nd - KMEA Pre-View Concert for the State Conference Performance in Louisville. (7th and 8th grades only.)

• Feb. 10th - KMEA State Conference Performance at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Louisville. (7th and 8th grades only.)

• Optional: KMEA District 7 Honors Orchestra Auditions, Date & Time TBA in February.

• March 7th - KMEA Pre-View Concert: Tuesday at 6:30 PM, at the LMS Gym.

• March 13-14 - KMEA Orchestra Assessment - University of Kentucky, Singletary Center for the Arts.

• May 4th - Spring Concert and Awards – Thursday at 6:30 PM, at the LMS Gym.

• Optional: Music in the Parks Festival – Kentucky Kingdom. NOTE: To be eligible for this trip, students must attend all required concerts, have a “B” average, and have exceptional behavior during the year. Date & Time TBA in May.
