Notes Regarding Delivery and Pick Up of Requested Items
The following items require the FCPS Heavy Lifting Crew to move them to and from your location.
Christina Collins, Office of Fine Arts Administrative Assistant, will send in requests for the transport of these items after the request has been approved:
Sound Equipment (View tutorial link)
Art Easels and Display Boards (Screen Flex)
Portable Acoustic Shells
Portable Stage Platforms
Spot Lights
The following items will need to be picked up from and returned to 701 E. Main Street by the person requesting to use the item.
The requester will receive instructions for making the pick up and drop off arrangements after the request has been approved:
Pipe and Drape
Digital Keyboard
Music Stands
Conductor Podium
***Assets may be checked out for a maximum of 14 CALENDAR days and no more than twice per year.***
If programs need to check them out more frequently, the district Fine Arts team would be happy to work with schools to get a quote from vendors for purchase.
