2027 Summer Programs

✨ 1. Tisch Summer High School Residential Program — New York University

A four-week pre-college program open to high school sophomores and juniors from around the world. The rigorous program is based on the Tisch undergraduate curriculum and the highly structured classes include projects, professional training, and collaboration. The program is tuition-based, culminates in a final grade, and four to six college credits (units). The last day of the program includes presentations, attending open class sessions, or showings of work for family and friends. Students apply to one of these artistic tracks: Animation, Dance, Drama, Production & Design, Dramatic Writing, Filmmaking, Game Design, Photography and Imaging, or the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music.

2026 Summer Programs

✨ 1. ACAP (Accelerated Career Awareness Program) — University of Louisville

A week-long residency designed to expose high school students to business-related careers such as accounting, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. Students participate in rigorous classes, networking with professionals, and team experiences on a university campus. All expenses (room, board, materials) are included. Estimated to take place in July.

🩺 2. BCTC Summer Healthcare Success Academy — Bluegrass Community & Technical College

A free healthcare career camp for high school students combining hands-on learning in simulation labs with interactive lectures. There are two tracks — one for incoming freshmen and sophomores and one for juniors and seniors.

🎓 3. SOAR HBCU Scholars Program — Kentucky State University

A free residential college-prep experience for high school juniors (class of 2027), offering workshops, leadership development, and exposure to campus life.

🔬 4. KSU STEM MOMENTUM Camp — Kentucky State University

An immersive STEM summer residential program where students can take up to two college-level courses in science, engineering, math or technology and earn college credit. Residential and virtual options are available.

🎓 5. Midway University Summer Academy 2026

A one-week, career-focused academic camp on the Midway University campus for rising juniors and seniors (and new fall students). Students choose from themes like nursing, forensics, equine studies, leadership, math, social media marketing, and more.

🤖 6. NKU STEM Camps & Academies — Northern Kentucky University

A variety of STEM camps and academies for students in elementary through high school. High school academies include AI, electrical/electronics engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other tech-focused experiences.
