Monday- Transcript Review
Tuesday- Introduction to the course catalog and Global Electives choice sheet
Wednesday- Club day- No scheduling activities during advisory
Thursday/Friday- Google form completion for 2026 - 2027 school year- EVERY STUDENT MUST DO THIS! 🙂

December 8 - 12th

Counselors will be in students Freshman Seminar (9th grade) and Social Studies (10th - 11th grade) classes to meet individually with students about scheduling choices. This meeting will be brief--if there are any extensive questions, student may schedule to meet with counselor at a later time. Counselors are always available in the mornings and can be found outside room 111 for hallway duty.

Teacher To-Do List

Step 1:

📣 Say- Good afternoon, today we will begin scheduling and course registration conversations for next school year. Today you will watch a brief video that will walk you through how to look at your credits through EOS and your progress towards graduation. Please make sure you have a pencil/pen and your chromebook.

Step 2: Teacher's will distribute transcript review sheet for each student based on student's current academy.

- - For mixed academy advisories- you will have forms for each academy in your folder. There will also be general non-academy forms in case you are short copies.

Step 3: Please remind students to write their First AND last name clearly.

Step 4: Once all students have the form please play video (see link above)-- feel free to start/stop video as needed.

Step 6: After students have completed the activities-

📣Say: Please pass in your worksheets, making sure your name is on it. We will use this throughout the week.

Please collect all transcript reviews!! (Students will need this for Thursday/Friday).
