Dissection Day!
Field Trip!
Full week of learning! Students playing NAME ON THE BRAIN and creating models of NEURONS! We learned about our mirror neurons which help us understand and connect to the emotions of others and imitate what we see.
Students learned about headache treatments from 4000 BC to the 1800's. Each pair taught the class about their treatment through a skit. Electric eels, honey baths, lashing a mole to the head...just some of the strange but true techniques used in the past!
