By accessing or using iProfile (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the provider of iProfile ("we", "us", or "our"). Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
1. No affiliation with Instagram / Meta
iProfile is an independent utility and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with Instagram's own terms and policies. You connect only your own account and use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to agree to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
* Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights
* Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service or its security
* Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to upload malicious code
* Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
4. Your account & credentials
You are responsible for the security of your device, your account, and your Instagram session. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
5. Nature of the Service; accuracy
The Service provides analytics and estimates generated from available data and indirect signals. Results (including profile engagement insights, ghost/unfollower analyses, and growth metrics) are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Do not rely on them as your sole basis for any decision.
6. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Some features require a paid subscription processed through your Apple App Store account:
* Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
* Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
