This Privacy Policy describes how iProfile ("iProfile", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
iProfile is an independent analytics utility and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party social media platform or its operators. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
1. How the app works (on-device first)
iProfile is designed to process your data primarily on your own device. When you connect your social media account, the app accesses your account information using your own authenticated session and processes it locally on your device to generate your reports. We do not build advertising profiles from your account content, and we do not sell your account data.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Data from your connected social media account
To generate analytics, the app processes information from the account you connect, which may include:
Your profile information (username, name, profile picture, follower/following counts)
Your followers and the accounts you follow
Your posts/media and their public engagement counts
Engagement and interaction signals used to produce estimates
This data is processed and stored locally on your device using an on-device database and secure storage. We never receive, collect, or store your social media password.
2.2 Device, usage & advertising data
We and our infrastructure and advertising providers may process limited technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address, app-generated unique identifiers, advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), push tokens, ad-interaction events, and diagnostic/crash information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Service and to deliver and attribute advertising (see Section 5).
2.3 Purchase data
When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is securely processed directly by Google Play (Google Play Billing). Our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) processes a unique transaction/receipt identifier and subscription lifecycle status so we can unlock premium features within the app. We do not receive, access, or store your card or payment details.
2.4 Information you provide
If you contact us directly (e.g., via customer support email), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address, device details, and the contents of your message.
3. How we use information
To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your local reports
To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features
To display, measure, and attribute advertising
To send push notifications that you have explicitly opted into
To provide customer support and respond to technical requests
To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, abuse, and tampering
To comply with legal obligations
4. Service providers we use
We share the minimum data necessary with the following providers to maintain core functionality, advertising, and measurement, each acting under its own privacy policy:
Google — Google Play Store distribution, in-app purchases (Google Play Billing), and advertising/measurement (Google Ads / AdMob) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising delivery and measurement (Meta Ads) — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and marketing analytics — https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/
RevenueCat — subscription lifecycle management — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
OneSignal — push notification delivery — https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
Supabase — hosting of remote application configuration — https://supabase.com/privacy
Our own backend servers — application configuration and secure session coordination required to deliver the Service
5. Advertising and analytics
iProfile displays advertising and uses advertising and attribution technologies provided by Google (Google Ads / AdMob), Meta (Meta Ads), and AppsFlyer. To deliver, measure, and attribute ads and installs, these partners may process your advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and ad/interaction events. Depending on your settings and region, this may include personalized advertising. These partners process such data under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization or reset/delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). We do not use your social media account content to personalize ads.
6. Selling and sharing of data
We do NOT sell your personal information, profile data, or analytics reports for money. To deliver and measure advertising, we share limited device and advertising identifiers with the advertising and attribution partners listed above. Under certain laws (e.g., the California Consumer Privacy Act), this activity may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 12.
7. Data retention & deletion
Your social media analytics data is stored strictly locally on your device. You have full control over your data and can delete it entirely at any time by logging out (Settings → Logout), which immediately clears all local databases and session cookies, or by uninstalling the application from your device. To request the deletion of any data associated with support requests (such as support emails), you can contact us at ireportpro@yandex.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard, commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure on-device storage, encrypted local data caching, and app-integrity/anti-tampering checks. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or local storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. You must also meet the connected platform's minimum age requirement to connect an account. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. International users
Your limited technical information (such as support emails, advertising/attribution data, or subscription status) may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
11. Accuracy disclaimer
Certain analytics features are produced based on indirect engagement signals and are estimates only. These features are provided strictly for entertainment and reference purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because your analytics data is stored locally, you can exercise access and deletion directly within the app (Logout / uninstall). For advertising, you can limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings. For any other request, contact us at ireportpro@yandex.com, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you within the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
