The CryptoTeens program includes lectures by FAU faculty members who are researchers in this field, talks by inspiring professionals and fun, hands-on, exercise sessions!
The program will cover several topics in mathematical cryptography and post-quantum cryptography. The first day will be devoted to reviewing all the basic mathematical knowledge which is needed to follow the whole week, in order to make sure that everyone is on board! The contents have been specially designed to be accessible to high school students. No need to worry, nobody will be left behind!
At the end of each day, students can look forward to a fun mini competition that reinforces the topics covered that day. On Friday, there will also be an engaging student presentation session, where participants will give brief talks about what they’ve learned. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of both the mini competitions and the presentation session.
