Hello everyone! My name is Esther Pinto, and I am honored to serve as President of Beta Alpha Psi during the Spring 2026 semester. I am currently a senior at Florida Atlantic University pursuing my bachelor’s degree through the Accounting Scholars Program, graduating in May 2026. Following graduation, I will be an incoming Master of Accounting (MAcc) student in Fall 2026 with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems.
Beta Alpha Psi has been an incredible resource throughout my academic journey. It introduced me to the field of accounting, helped me navigate questions about the profession, and provided valuable opportunities to connect with accounting professionals. Through these experiences, I strengthened my soft skills and secured internships with reputable accounting firms that I am excited to pursue.

Being a member of Beta Alpha Psi has been an incredible experience that has opened numerous doors for me. It has allowed me to connect with inspiring individuals and gain valuable insights into the accounting profession. Beta Alpha Psi has allowed me to make numerous connections and played a key role in guiding me toward my chosen path within accounting. Hello everyone, my name is Kevin Montes Buendia, and I’m delighted to serve as a co-director of Media and Marketing for Beta Alpha Psi this Spring 2026 semester. I am currently in my final semester of the Master of Accounting program at FAU, with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems.
As part of the honors accounting program at FAU during my undergraduate studies, I was strongly encouraged to participate in extracurriculars such as Beta Alpha Psi. I’m thankful for this as it introduced me to the chapter, and through it, I was able to meet awesome peers and form connections with representatives of the firms.
Seeing as Beta Alpha Psi has greatly benefited my college experience, my goal for this semester is to help create engaging content across our social media channels that continues to bring awareness to the chapter. I am currently completing my and have recently graduated from the Accounting Scholars Program. This spring I will officially be graduating with my bachelor’s degree in Accounting at FAU. Following graduation, I will begin my Master of Accounting at FAU in Fall 2026.
Beta Alpha Psi has been a meaningful part of my college experience since my freshman year, it's the reason I switched to Accounting! Through consistent involvement in FAU's chapter, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, build strong connections with fellow accounting students, and network with professionals in the field. Through this wonderful club I went from watching and learning to now being a leader in such an impactful organization. I hope to pass it forward this semester.
Through BAP's meetings about networking and interviews I've secured two internships, including my Audit and Assurance internship with Deloitte this upcoming summer.

Hello everyone! My name is Alex Price, and I'm very excited to serve as Past President of Beta Alpha Psi for the Spring 2026 semester! I am in the final semester of the MAcc program at FAU. I look forward to meeting all our new candidates and members in the Spring!
Beta Alpha Psi provides valuable opportunities to get more involved on campus, which is something I felt was missing in my online classes. I especially enjoyed meeting accounting professors, working with my peers, and hearing from accountants in the workplace. I hope our new candidates and members can have the same experience that I've had!
Beta Alpha Psi provides excellent opportunities for students to enrich their transition from university to the workplace. Through BAP, I met with accountants at the major public accounting firms, and learned more about which skills and healthy habits I could use to differentiate myself in the hiring process. I believe these experiences helped me to secure a position as an incoming EY FSO Tax associate for Summer 2026.
Outside of school, I enjoy playing tennis, exercising, and watching movies. I hope that all our candidates and members have a successful fall semester. Go Owls!
