Toastmasters Club Officer
Every organization has officers. Toastmasters clubs are no different from corporations. Club Officers collaborate with each other and members towards a common goal.. to ensure the club provides quality service to its members. Quality service equates to a successful club. This service is measured by motivating others to complete education awards, invite friends and colleagues to club meetings and participate in club events (contests, open houses). Officers learn and develop both leadership and communication skills. There are seven club officers: President, Vice President (VP) Education, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, Treasurer, Secretary, Sergeant-At-Arms and Immediate Past President.
