Evaluation and International Speech Contests

District 57 has nine divisions.  Each division will have a contestant in each contest.  The contests provide a learning experience for both the contestants and audience.  Winner of the International Speech contest will move to the regional finals.  Attendees may be witnessing a potential 2023 Toastmaster International Speech winner.
