To under Stand our plan better and to have it accessible at all times, we made a Gantt chart timeline. A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule. it shows the relationships between the steps/procedure of a project in relative with time and schedule. The timeline is in a google sheet. You can find it in this link.

We want to start with fold-ability as our first unique feature. We planned to get the supplies at the end August. but the extra feature will be for later. we are not sure if can even add one at all. if any extra features are not possible, hen we just make our drone be able to carry something at least. By then we will make the main frame of the drone and make a basic flying drone. In order to test out the drone we will have to follow the FAA regulations for flying a small unmanned flying aircraft. Then we will make the drone stable in flight. We test out our first plan and update it accordingly
