The purpose of Farmington Knightline is to promote a positive school climate. Although the primary purpose of the dance squad is to act as a spirit group, dancers may participate in no more than five (5) competitions during the calendar school year for the purpose of developing and maintaining dance skills, promoting squad spirit, unity and rewarding squads who have actively promoted the primary purpose of dancing in the Farmington R-7 School District. Beyond the fundamentals of dance, we feel it is equally important to teach our athletes the importance of exhibiting the following characteristics: commitment to excellence, teamwork, dedication, commitment to community, and most importantly, respect for self and others.
