Farmingdale High School Athletics Winter Sports - 10/17/25 

The following High School Winter Sports will start their season November 17, 2025

                   V/JV Girls Basketball                           V/JV Boys Basketball            

   V/JV Wrestling                   Dalerettes

                              V  Boys Bowling                              V  Girls Bowling                            

                   V Basketball Cheerleading                 V/JV Competition Cheerleading

                   V Boys Winter Track                    V Girls Winter Track

    V Boys Swimming

           (Aquatics Center Howitt) 

                    * A shuttle will be provided from the HS to the Aquatics Center 

Step-N-Dalers:If interested, please email your contact info to: vsalvemini@farmingdaleschools.org for more information. 

No Family ID registration is needed.          

                 Location/Time for practices will be sent through Family ID at a later date. 

  Please note athletics requires a high level of commitment to be a part of a  team.This includes games and practices over breaks and Saturdays.

To try out or participate in any of these programs, parents must sign up their child on Family ID  beginning October 17, 2025. Registration will close November 17, 2025

                 All teams will have their first practice after school at Howitt on November 3th                                     Students must be medically cleared and dressed to try-out.
