English is a required course all four years of high school.
Standard Track =
English I
English II
English III
English IV
English I and II offer self-select Honors Level courses.
English III and IV offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses.
*The only prerequisite required in English is the previous year of English. Students may enter an Honors or AP level course even if they did not begin at an honors level in English I, for example.
