Common questions
I forgot my PIN. Can you open my safe?
No. Your passwords are encrypted with your PIN and never leave your device, so nobody - not even us - can open the safe without it. If the PIN is lost, the only option is to delete the app and start again.
How do I move my passwords to a new phone or computer?
Open the Export tab on the old device and tap "Make QR codes". On the new device open the Import tab, tap "Scan QR codes", and type the transfer code shown on the old device.
Does Password Orange send my passwords anywhere?
No. There is no account, no cloud and no internet connection. Everything stays on your device.
