We believe the tools made available under many of our existing licenses will go a long way for many users and use cases. However, you may have particular use cases that prompt you to want to consider licensing another tool for your office or for your individual use. Like all software acquisitions on campus, please be in touch before making the purchase or signing up for the subscription. Beyond being able to offer recommendations and assure you know about the tools we already have, College policy requires a security review before you begin putting any sort of College data into a licensed technology solution. ITS conducts these reviews for every application on campus to assure our data is adequately protected and the vendor is following expected best practices.
