Last Week
F&M cruised to a dominant 56-7 win over Moravian last Saturday afternoon on Senior Day. The Diplomats racked up 533 yards of total offense while holding the Greyhounds to just 122 total yards. Aaron Rascoe continued to impress with 14 carries for 75 yards and three rushing touchdowns to raise his Centennial Conference-leading total to 11 touchdowns this fall. Ty Tremba threw for 317 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Tremba also ran in for a 15-yard score on the game's opening drive. Jack Sutton and Gary Lewis led the Diplomats' receivers with 62 yards each, but it was Will Higson and Trey Glass that tallied receiving touchdowns in the contest. The F&M scoring was capped by an 89-yard kickoff return for a touchdown with under two minutes to play in regulation.
On defense, Justin Gerhart picked off his eighth interception of the season in the second quarter to capture the lead for most interceptions in the nation. Gerhart also tied Kevin Waninger '78 for third-most interceptions in a single season in program history. Read the recap here.
Last Time
Last season, the Diplomats rolled to a 42-14 win over the Bullets on Senior Day. Matt Scully started the game off by running the opening kickoff back 95 yards for a touchdown. Logan Clouse found Drew Benfatti '21 for 106 yards through the air and three touchdowns. Keshon Farmer '21 ran for 136 yards on 26 attempts and found the endzone for a 16-yard score in the first quarter. The Diplomats racked up 384 yards of total offense in the win. The Bullets have struggled this season, picking up their lone win against Juniata, 40-14, in late September. Quarterback Rocco Abdinoor averages 154.5 yards through the air per game and has tossed eight touchdowns this season. Running back Rocco Abdinoor averages 52.9 yards per game on the ground and has scored three times this fall. Receiver Ryan McAndrew averages 63.1 receiving yards per game. Wide receiver Jake Frisco leads the receiving group with three touchdown catches.
