New American Amicable Contracting Process
New American Amicable Contracting Process
AMAM/Occidental recently updated their contracting process. They are now a Just-In-Time carrier. This means that the agent must submit a piece of business to become appointed with these carriers.
The correct process for contracting with AMAM/Occidental:
Submit the AMAM and/or Occidental contract through NLC.
Use the temporary credentials (instructions outlined in the attached PDF) to submit your first piece of business through the AMAM/Occidental portal.
Once the business has been received by AMAM/Occidental, they will then move forward with processing your contract. You will receive a welcome email from the carrier with your writing number(s) when your contract has been processed.
