Reserve Agency Name
Agents can reserve an agency name at $50k/mo
Must maintain $50k in the most recent 2 months in a row to reserve
Only 2.5% of annuities will go toward qualifications
Only 25% of personal production will go toward qualifications
Do not fill out the request form until your agency has met these requirements 2 months in a row. If you do, we will deny the request and ask you to resubmit once you have met the requirements.
Establish Agency & Logo
Officially establish an agency name & logo at $100k/mo

Must maintain $100k 2 months in a row to qualify
Only 2.5% of annuities will go toward qualifications
Only 25% of personal production will go toward qualifications
Reserved names must reach $75k/mo within 3 months to keep the reservation and have another 2 months to reach SSM at $100k/mo.
If there is no growth within the first 3 months, the reservation falls off and the agent must reach $75k/mo to reserve their name a second time.
If the agency doesn't grow further, the reservation falls off and the agent may reserve/claim their name once they hit SSM ($100k/mo)
Due to the increasing amount of agencies, we no longer accept agency names that have similar verbiage as ones already established.
Names that include numbers or special characters will not be considered.
Please choose 3-4 agency name options in case some are denied.
Each request is allowed up to 3 emails in regard to edits & name approvals. Combine all your feedback and edits into a single email.
All agency names & logos must be approved by Corporate. Use of unofficial logos is prohibited.
If you are submitting a logo that has already been created, please include the design file (.eps, .ai, or .PSD) so that we may update and adjust it to be compliant.
If you do not produce for 6 months, your agency name and logo will be removed from HCMS and the name will be marked available for new agencies.
