With all the talk about self-care that you hear about these days, "wellness" may seem like just another buzzword. But wellness is about more than just pampering yourself every now and then. True wellness means living a healthy lifestyle day in and day out, which is no easy feat in today's busy world.

 August marks National Wellness Month, which makes it a great opportunity to closely consider how you're tending to your physical and mental well-being. What are you doing to care for yourself?
