Greene School Health Office

Welcome to the Greene Health Office page! My name is Renee Costa, BSN, RN, NCSN and I am the primary nurse here at Greene Elementary.  As school nurses, we are here to support students' health and safety so they are in school and ready to learn.  Please see the link above for the FRPS District Nursing Website  where you will find lots of important information and resources. MEDICATION ORDERS: Medications must be brought to the school and given to the nurse. A current order and signed parent consent are required at the start of every school year. Please contact the nurse or check the FRPS website for more information.  Please do not send your child to school with any prescription or over-the-counter  medications. 

PHYSICALS: Please provide a copy of your child's recent physical so we can update their record. Please note that a physical must be within the past 13 months in order for your child to participate in any after school sports.
