FALL CREEK SCHOOL DISTRICT: ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION
WELCOME! My name is Mrs. Morrison and I am in my 13th year of teaching special education, with this being my 7th year in Fall Creek. I taught in the high school for the past 6 years and I'm excited to be working with the elementary team this year. With a comprehensive degree in Special Education (K-12) and General Education (1-8) from UW-Eau Claire, I’m very passionate about being a lifelong learner and I hope to help students come to enjoy learning new things as much as I do.
This school year I'll be working primarily with 3rd and 4th grade students leading specialized instruction groups. I believe that all students should be provided with the tools necessary to help them be successful learners. I have high expectations for my students and strive to create a positive learning environment full of mutual respect. I am here to be a resource to not only my students but their families as well.
My husband Rich and I live in Chippewa Falls with our daughters Madison and Alexia. Being outdoors is probably where I am most happy. I enjoy spending time on Lake Wissota, walking/hiking, and going adventuring with my family. Some of my favorite things are: singing, the smell of fall, coffee, and curling up with a good book.
