Course Fee: $200 per couple 

Includes: 

1-2 hour personal training session

Follow up meetings after 1, 3, 6 cycles (at a minimum)

Unlimited communication for up to 1 year for questions and chart review.

Renewal Fee: $50 annually

New Protocol Instruction Fee: $50
