Fairway Greens Condo Association was created in the summer of 2006 when the property was converted from an apartment complex to condominiums by, the now defunct, Own-A-Condo.

There are 7 main buildings and a clubhouse. The site is approximately 16 acres. The buildings were built between 1972 - 1975; the property was developed in 3 phases over this period. Each building is a thirty-six unit, three-story, rectangular shaped structure approximately 48' x 240'. There are fifteen, one-bedroom units and twenty one, two-bedroom units for each building. A basement area is provided at the south-end of each building. Each basement contains a boiler room, electric distribution system. and 4' X 4' individual storage facilities. 4'x 8' balconies, or patios, are provided at each unit accessed by sliding doors. Interior stairways are provided at three front end entrances of each building; there are no elevators.

Parking is provided throughout the complex and consists of an asphalt surface. A multi-level 60' x 40' clubhouse is provided near the center of the complex which contains locker rooms, a meeting room, a kitchen, and office/storage space. Adjacent to the clubhouse are three pools: 10 'x 20' kids wading pool, 18' x 55' lap pool, and 20 ' x 30' "diving pool." A 120' x 110 ' tennis & basketball court are located south of, and adjacent to, the pools. In 2012 a brand new (public park/school) (grade/quality) playground was installed.

The condo board consists of 5 Directors and, to date, there are no subcommittees or other officers.

The Board is solely made up of owners, no outside directors or officers are allowed.
