Homework Request Procedures

**Google Classroom/teacher websites are a great source for assignments, notes and classwork**  

Please check Google Classroom before making homework requests.

• School work that is not available through Google Classroom may be requested for an absence of 2 days or longer. 

• Please call the Minerva DeLand Counseling Office, before 9:30am, by calling 421-2033.

• Homework requests are for unplanned absences.

• An email is sent out to FHS teachers each morning with the homework requests.

• If you leave a message in the Counseling Office, make sure to spell your child’s first/last name, and the dates they have been absent.

• Assignments will be emailed to students at their school email address. If something cannot be emailed, it will be left in the Attendance Office. The office is open 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday.
