Sign Up Page

If you are interested in being part of the cast or crew for Scrooge: The Musical, please fill out our online form. If you are auditioning for a part, please indicate on the form the parts you are interested in. You are NOT limited to auditioning only for these parts! This is just to give us an idea what to expect at the auditions. There will also be opportunity to sign up in-person in the Worship Center lobby on May 7th and 14th.

If you are interested in being part of the backstage crew, please look through the volunteer opportunities below to see where you would like to help, and then indicate which areas interest you on the sign-up form.

Each sign-up is for ONE person. If multiple people in your family are auditioning or volunteering, please fill out the form for EACH person.

Backstage Crew Positions

• Costuming: we need seamstresses to help with costume tailoring, and we need people to assist cast with costumes during rehearsals & performances. We will begin using costumes in rehearsals on Sunday, November 12th.

• Makeup/Hair: we need makeup and hair stylists to help cast get ready prior to each rehearsal and performance. We will begin doing cast hair and makeup on Sunday, November 12th.

• Stagehand: we need people backstage during rehearsals and performances to help move set pieces and direct cast. We will begin using the set during rehearsals on Sunday, October 8th.

• Cameras/Recording: we need at least two people each tech rehearsal beginning November 26th and all performances to record the production for review by the directors.

• Audio Description Narrator: this year we will be designating one or two performances for visually impaired individuals. The Audio Description Narrator will give descriptions of the action (from a script) that will be transmitted to the visually impaired in the audience. The ADN will need to attend all tech rehearsals beginning November 26th in order to practice timing.
