The LAUNCH! part of the process means you are done with your prototype/publishing/etc.
You now need to decide how best to present your wonderful idea.
You have 4 choices to present your project.
See below for descriptions of each.
TED Talks are usually educational, but also very inspiring. They are done in person with images, video, props and other media that highlight what the presenter is talking about. They usually tell a story.
Shark Tank presentations have to be persuasive and usually offer products that solve a problem. You are trying to get the audience to give you funding for a product, service or idea. Presentations are done in person and have many props, posters, handouts and samples. Usually the presenter has a logo, marketing ideas, details on finance, a clear focus on the buyer, who the buyer is and why the buyer would want the product or service.
Documentaries can be educational, but they also can be persuasive. They, almost always, tell a story. The viewer goes through a process of discovery as the film moves forward. Characters, setting and plot are important - even though the topic is nonfiction.
Science Fair presentations are all laid out on a display board that takes the reader through the process of discovery using the scientific method. The presenter has completed an experiment as part of the research and shows how that experiment was set up and completed. The board also would show the data collected and the conclusions made. Often, "next steps" for understanding are outlined. The presenter is also available for questions and explanations.
