You will need to write out your text: decide - one long piece of text, smaller articles or "chunks" of text. Headings, subheadings, captions.
Find (or create) the images, graphs and other visuals you want to display
On a blank piece of paper draw out how it may look. Don't add the actual text or images, just make a plan for where everything will go.
Think about design! Most of these options need good graphic design skills.
