2025 XC Meet Schedule
2025 XC Meet Schedule
We will wear racing bib numbers for our home XC meets. Please pick your number up on Monday, 10/61 before we race. You will turn your number in at the end of each meet, so we can keep them secure for you.
If your row is highlighted in blue on the bib numbers list, then you need to arrange for a ride to the 10/1 meet.
We cannot let you compete in any of this season's meets without a submitted parent permission slip.
🧭 Location = FWMS back fields, Fairfield CT 06825
🚗🚙 Parents - please park in the FWMS auditorium parking lot area, and walk around behind FWMS to the big soccer fields out back, where the race will start and finish. We cannot have any cars near the baseball field finish line area. If needed, you can park in the gr6 drop off parking lot also, but do NOT park anywhere in the loop. Use parking spots only. Athletes will be running around the school building.
⏱️ Start times = 4:00 p.m. females, 4:20 p.m. males
(PLEASE NOTE: FWMS athletes should report to the small gym, dressed and ready to run, by 3 p.m. We need to setup the course)

🚌 Bus transportation will be provided to and from the meet, for the first 45 permission slips submitted. Come to the cafeteria after school, dressed and ready to run ! We will board the bus once we take attendance and all regular busses have left. If your row is highlighted in blue on the bib numbers list, then you need to arrange for a ride to the 10/1 meet.
⏱️ Start time(s) = ~4:00 p.m. females, ~4:30 p.m. males. Approximate return time to FWMS = ~5:30 pm, depending on traffic
