You will explore the culinary traditions of that country and how it connects to the history and culture of the people. 

You will research the food of that culture (ingredients, cooking techniques, traditions). 

Using this research, you will design a themed food truck that represents that country’s cuisine and culture.

*No AI may be used in this project for research. All research must come directly from sources (books or websites.) You must keep track of your sources. I recommend using a google doc to keep track during research. 

Step 1: Research a Country

Each group chooses one country to research.
You should explore:

🌍 Location and brief background

🍚 Staple foods and common ingredients

🍴 Traditional meals and cooking methods

🧑‍🍳 Cultural significance of food (holidays, celebrations, family meals, etc.)

🌿 How geography and climate affect the cuisine
