Please Remember:
Parents MUST bring the medication in to school. Please do not send medication in with the student.
A physician's order MUST be filled out in order for medications to be administered by the nurse. This includes all rescue meds (ie. inhalers, epi pens, diabetes meds/supplies)
Students may NOT carry inhalers, epi pens, or diabetic supplies without orders on file with the nurse.
ALL medications must be picked up by a parent at the end of the school year. Medications that are not picked up will be disposed of.
