The SAT "Scholastic Aptitude Test"

The SAT is a qualifying test for admission to most colleges and universities nationwide . Students wanting to apply via the early application process should plan to take the SAT in the spring of their junior year. Also, students should research their top schools in advance to determine if the colleges they are applying to require additional Subject Tests.
