Hello 3-5th graders and parents/guardians! We have the joy of working with our FIS students on a variety of different needs. You can contact your counselors at djones@fairborn.k12.oh.us , bfondriest@fairborn.k12.oh.us or jurbaniak@fairborn.k12.oh.us. If needed, we can coordinate additional conversations in person or via phone or Google Meet. (Please keep in mind that while confidentiality is still a main priority, some of these platforms are not as confidential as a face-to-face meeting).
Hello, everyone! This is my 3rd year as a School Counselor, but my 1st year at Fairborn Intermediate School! I am so excited to be a Skyhawk! My Bachelor's degree is in Applied Physiology from Wright State University and my Master's degree is in School Counseling from West Virginia University. In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book, hiking, and eating ice cream all with my dog, Rivver, by my side. I am looking forward to a great school year full of learning and growing!

Hello! I am the Clinical Counselor at Fairborn Intermediate. My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Capital University and a Master's Degree from OSU in School Social work. I have worked as a counselor in many different settings since graduation. I have my family and one wild dog (who tends to act more like a cat) that I love spending time with. Your mental health and overall well being is a priority to me. Please reach out if you need someone to talk to or want to learn some socio-emotional skills.

Hi Skyhawks! This is my 4th year working as a school counselor at Fairborn Intermediate, but this will be my 8th year overall working as a school counselor. I am excited for the opportunity to meet and get to know each of you! I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Miami University and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Xavier University. When not working, I can likely be found hanging out with my miniature poodle, Daisy. I’m looking forward to learning along side of each of you this year and helping to support your overall success!
