The purpose of Code Zero is to provide an atmosphere in which students who are interested in computers and computer gaming can share their ideas, knowledge and proficiency with other like-minded students. There is everything from gaming competitions, speed coding, regional school vs school gaming tournaments, FREE FOOD, CODE ZERO Hoodies and so much more! One of Code ZERO's main mission/purpose is to provide a fun, safe, environment where people who have an interest in computers, innovation, future technology, and even careers in development or coding . We accomplish this by building relationships with the community and each other, participating in awesome group activities/outings. We also will have a focus on giving back to the community in a meaningful way.
Membership dues: $25 for entire year. Cash or check. Make check out to Brashier Middle College and write : CODE ZERO CLUB in the memo section of the check. Deadline is August 29th.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW ANY CODE TO BE A PART OF CODE ZERO. You just have like a lot more fun if you like computers, gaming , food and friends who have those interests in mind.
Code Zero meets 2x a month on Thursdays in Mr. Dan's Room (#246) immediately after school. Most meeting last 60 minutes.
