Per the student handbook, "BMCCHS does not tolerate cheating in any form. Cheating is representing, in any manner, someone else’s work as your own. " Students who are found cheating will receive a 0 on the assignment, and parent contact will be made. Because I believe that all assignments are valuable learning experiences and everyone makes mistakes, students will be given an alternative assignment to complete on the first and second offense . The assignment will be due within one week, and a maximum grade of 80 can be earned.  For third and subsequent offenses, a grade of 0 will be assigned, and other disciplinary measures will be assigned by the administration in accordance with the Student Handbook.
